Staying on Firdapse

LEMS can progress over time. Your FIRDAPSE dose can, too.

FIRDAPSE dosing—including your optimal dose—is meant to be flexible. Your dose can increase or decrease based on how well your symptoms are managed and how well you tolerate the treatment.

In between visits with your doctor, use your “My Health Journal” to keep a record of how you’re feeling. Once enrolled in Catalyst Pathways, you can also reach out to your Patient Access Liaison (PAL) on how to best track your symptoms.

Your optimal dose is one you can take comfortably

While managing your symptoms is important, what matters most is finding a dose with side effects you can handle. Be sure to tell your doctor if you have any side effect that bothers you or does not go away.

You can find more information about side effects in the Medication Guide.
